控制器升级操作步骤后，集群应用程序无法联机

适用场景

  • ONTAP 9.5及更高版本
  • 使用不同集群互连端口的平台进行控制器升级(机头交换)(例如： fas8200 [e0a/e0b] 到fas9300 e0c/e0d])
  • 在ONTAP 9.5及更高版本上升级控制器时、不使用"系统控制器更换"操作步骤
  • 控制器升级、同时升级控制器硬件和ONTAP软件

问题描述

  • 将这两个控制器更换为较新的平台控制器后、集群应用程序无法联机
  • network interface show 输出中缺少集群Sifs
  • vserver show 输出中缺少集群SVM
  • 在此状态下、如果尝试使用将集群  Rifs迁移到新平台端口network interface migrate、则会出现错误：
Error: command failed: LIF "node1_clus1" on Vserver "Cluster" could not    
    be found in database (database vifids is not open). Contact technical
