问题描述

  • 在将固件升级到11.5版后、无法通过SSH或串行连接登录到BMC。
  • BMC本身已联机且正常工作。
  • 仍可通过ping请求访问BMC的IP地址。
  • ONTAP中的固件显示未知状态：
Cluster::> system service-processor show -fields type,status,fw-version
node type status fw-version

Node-01 BMC online unknown
Node-02 BMC online unknown
