场景 1 — NetApp 存储加密（ NSE ）系统是 SnapMirror 的源、目标不是不支持加密的标准控制器。
在此拓扑中、从磁盘读取、通过网络解密、然后以纯文本格式写入目标时、将解密 NSE 系统上的数据。

场景 2 — NSE 系统是 SnapMirror 的源、目标也是 NSE 控制器。
如果源控制器和目标控制器都是 NSE 控制器、则在从源读取数据、以纯文本格式传输数据、然后在写入目标 SnapMirror 时加密数据。

注：从 ONTAP 9.6 开始、集群间 SnapMirror 网络流量可以通过加密集群对等关系来加密。有关详细信息、请参见以下 KB ： How to Enable Encryption for Cluster Peering and Data Replication in ONTAP 9.6 及更高版本
