块温度

将块写入本地层时、系统会为其分配一个温度值、指示其处于热状态。随着时间的推移、后台散热扫描会对块进行冷却、使热块变热、并最终在未读取块时将其变冷。假设没有任何活动、则根据 tiering-minimum-cooling-days 设置所设置的时间、块将变为冷块。

非活动数据报告
  • 启用后、非活动数据报告(IDR)将在31天的固定冷却期内监控底层数据访问、以确定哪些数据被视为冷数据或非活动数据。
  • 从 ONTAP 9.8 开始,可以针对自动分层策略和仅快照分层策略调整 IDR 使用的冷却期。
  1. 要验证是否已在聚合上启用 IDR ,请使用命令 storage aggregate show -fields is-inactive-data-reporting-enabled

  1. 如果未启用 IDR ,请使用命令storage aggregate modify -aggregate <aggr_name> -is-inactive-data-reporting-enabled true启用非活动数据报告。 
  1. 要显示卷上有多少数据处于非活动状态,请使用 AutoSupport 部分VOLUME.XMLvolume show命令 以及 -fields performance-tier-inactive-user-data,performance-tier-inactive-user-data-percent 参数

  • performance-tier-inactive-user-data该字段显示存储在聚合中的用户数据处于非活动状态的程度
  • performance-tier-inactive-user-data-percent该字段显示活动文件系统和 Snapshot 副本中处于非活动状态的数据百分比
  1. 要显示每个卷的 FabricPool 性能和云层中存储的数据量,请运行命令volume show-footprint或使用 AutoSupport 部分  VOL STATUS -F
