FCP/FCoE LIF报告因交换机SFP出现故障而运行中断

问题描述
- 启动程序无法连接到FCP LIF或访问该LIF提供的LUN。
Network interface show输出会将FCP LIF的状态报告为已由管理员启动且操作已关闭。
