问题解答

  • 节点的升级 / 重新引导相当于服务器在 NFS v3 中的锁定时发生崩溃、该操作是通过 NLM 和 NSM 等辅助协议实现的
  • 当服务器准备在升级 / 重新启动后再次提供数据时,它需要通知所有先前已锁定的客户端
  • 然后,由于服务器丢失了在崩溃之前发出的所有锁定信息、客户端可以收回所有现有的锁定
  • 此通知工作由状态监视器( NSM )使用保存在文件中的客户机的回调信息通过 SM_notife 调用完成
  • 如果 SVM 无法访问客户端 / 客户端列表的 Portmap 程序,则 EMS 日志中将显示以下错误消息

追加信息

  • SVM 无法访问 portmap 程序的原因可能有所不同,并且需要在 SVM 和报告的客户端之间进行网络连接故障排除
  • 在某些情况下、客户端可能在发布之前已删除与ONTAP的连接 
  • 如果某些客户端不能重复访问、那么这些消息将定期出现在 EMS 中(几乎每 10 分钟)
  • CallbackTimedOutt消息 应在重新启动事件发生后~24小时后停止
