CIFS共享不可访问且secd.dns.srcv.lookup.failed:错误

问题描述

  • 无法访问CIFS共享
  • EMS 日志包含以下错误:
Wed Dec 30 11:00:35 CET [node-02: secd: secd.dns.server.timed.out:error]: DNS server 10.10.10.1 did not respond to vserver = svm1 within timeout interval.
 
Wed Dec 30 11:00:35 CET [node-02: secd: secd.dns.srv.lookup.failed:error]: DNS server failed to look up service (_ldap._tcp.netapp.local) for vserver (svm1) with error (Operation timed out).
 
Wed Dec 30 11:00:35 CET [node-02: secd: secd.cifsAuth.noNameMap:error]: vserver (svm1) CIFS name to UNIX name mapping problem. Error: User authentication procedure failed CIFS SMB2 Share mapping - Client Ip = 10.10.10.3   [     3] User 'NETAPP\user1' authenticated using Kerberos security   [  2010] Failed to connect to 10.10.10.1 for DNS via Source Address 10.10.10.2: Operation timed out **[  2010] FAILURE: Unable to contact DNS to discover domain controllers.   [  2010] Unable to make a connection (LDAP (Active Directory):NETAPP.LOCAL), result: 6812   [  2010] CIFS authentication failed
  • DNS 服务器正在响应 ping :
::> network ping -vserver svm1 -lif lif1 -destination 10.10.10.1
10.10.10.1 is alive
  • 执行"vserver service name-service dns check"时、操作失败:
::> vserver services name-service dns check -vserver svm1
