Oracle Redo 会记录工作负载在一个周期内的工作负载,并且本质上会非常繁重。突发写入工作负载可能会使处理层不堪重负,并在 WAFL 中显示等待时间。但是,这是完全正常的;重做日志记录一次可以写入大量 MB 。 


Oracle 重做日志写入是一个由可变大小的 IO 组成的单线程,可以在突发情况下将大量 IO 写入 ONTAP 。突发通常看起来是一个严重的延迟问题,但它很少是一个实际问题。

Oracle 执行的 IO 效率非常高,并且并发性通常较低。只需确保 [1] 严格遵循和实施技术报告 3633 中有关内核参数,挂载选项和 ONTAP 选项的所有说明即可。  如果这些参数配置不当,则会比其他 IO 更严重地损害顺序 IO 性能。
