为什么即使发生磁盘故障,也不会触发 AutoSupport 自动案例打开

  • 具体取决于故障类型。
  • 只有在发生如下所示的 CallHome 事件时,才会在支持案例自动打开的情况下触发 AutoSupport 。
    • config_thread: callhome.dsk.fault:error]: Call home for DISK FAILED Shelf 11, Bay 0, Model
  • 因此,以下磁盘故障而不发生 CallHome 事件不会同时触发 AutoSupport 和支持案例自动打开。
    • sanown_io : diskown.errorreadingownership : notice] :读取磁盘 0a.00.7 上的所有权时出错 3 (磁盘失败)
  • 如果发现 CallHome.dsk.fault ,并且未自动打开支持案例,请继续打开 NetApp IT 服务单以进行查看和分析。
