问题描述

  • 默认情况下、VMware ESXi (5.x/6.x)会对从具有"NetApp"供应商ID/产品ID的存储阵列映射的卷使用轮循(RR)路径选择策略(PSP)
  • 此策略会尝试根据所传输的I/O数或字节数在所有活动存储路径之间平衡I/O负载
    • 默认情况下、RR会在每1000个I/O或10485760字节后尝试重新平衡

 

  • 如果活动存储路径可能有多个已排队的I/O、则调整I/O计数器可能会提高性能、但这并不是必需的
    • 例如、如果默认I/O计数器为1000、则存储路径队列中的任何I/O都必须等待、直到该存储路径能够处理请求为止
    • 将此限制修改为1可以使其他活动存储路径为新的I/O请求提供服务。
