SVM DR不能创建与现有计划同名的计划

为SVM灾难恢复复制创建计划失败、因为：

cluster1::> cron create -name sched1 -minute 5                     
(job schedule cron create)
Error: command failed: Cannot create a schedule with the same name as an
    existing schedule in the cluster scope.
