升级到ONTAP 9.11.1后出现集群对等问题

• ONTAP 9.11.1RC1
• ONTAP 9.11.1
• 与ONTAP 9.11.1集群建立对等关系的ONTAP 集群(任何兼容版本)
• 集群间SnapMirror关系

• 升级到ONTAP 9.11.1RC1或9.11.1后、集群对等关系将失败、主要影响集群间SnapMirror
• 受影响的SnapMirror关系可能会与错误或症状相关联、包括：

Failed to create Snapshot copy

CSM: Connection aborted

无法传输数据(Transferring   0B)

• 受影响的集群对等关系会持续报告 Partial、或者会间歇性地从 Partial 状态变为 Available 状态
  • 用于 cluster peer show 查看集群对等关系的状态
  • 比较 cluster peer show 多次输出迭代、以检测从 部分到 可用的摆动情况

CLUSTER-02::> cluster peer show -instance

• 受影响的集群对等关系可能仍处于 部分 状态、而不是处于"可用"状态
