CONAP-290660：意外节点重新启动、CPU挂起出现紧急情况

问题描述

如果ONTAP集群节点配置了采用自动故障转移双工(Automated Failover、双工)策略的活动同步(SnapMirror Active Sync、SMA)对称主动/主动关系、则可能会发生意外重新启动、并出现崩溃、例如： 

  1. CPU 10上的线程(NwkThd_02)在进程NwkThd_02中挂起4001毫秒

  1. cpu10上的进程在SK进程中挂起(repl_Handl_low) 5005毫秒
