在将Chrome更新到版本119+ 和/或 Edge 121+后访问OSM失败
错误:

This site can't be reached The webpage at https://<CLUSTER_MANAGEMENT_IP>/sysmgr/SysMgr.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE

使用早期版本的Chrome或 Edge时、OSM可以正常工作
OSM还支持Firefox
