问题描述

  • 成功注册后大约一小时、ONTAP System Manager到Active IQ (AIQ)的链接将失败
  • 信息板报告"{}Unable to reach https://activeiq.netapp.com to view capacity history. Verify your network.{ }"上的容量部分
  • 集群>设置"{}Cannot Connect to Active IQ{ ｝"上的Active IQ注册卡。
  • sysmgr.log 表示 [AIQ]Failed to retrieve the access token from AIQ using the refresh token
