问题描述

注册AIQ后、System Manager支持页面中出现"SERVER_error"。
此集群已成功注册到AIQDA、并且订阅成功。但是、如果进入https：//ves/sysmgr/v4/cluster-support-case、<cluster_ip>则默认情况下会引发错误。
通过开发人员模式在浏览器中进行检查、我们可以看到浏览器在以下位置显示错误：
常规
：请求URL：https://api.activeiq NetApp．com/v1/s...ers/XXXXXXXX
