无法在执行 NDU 后对卷进行加密。错误：卷的加密元数据不一致

问题描述

如果由于错误： 13985 而在加密的聚合中存在纯文本卷，并且在解决之前将系统升级到 ONTAP 9.8+ ，则后续的 NVE 创建和卷移动将失败并显示错误：

 Failed to create the volume on node "". Reason: The encryption metadata for the volume is inconsistent. Contact technical support for assistance.
