无法从 CLI 和 GUI 中删除 LUN

- 从系统管理器中删除 lun 失败，错误与 CLI 相同
- Lun 未映射且在线，删除时出现相同错误
- 使用 -force 删除 Lun（当 lun 在线时将使用）失败，出现相同错误
- EMS 日志报告卷被 Dump 还原操作隔离
