问题描述
- 无法联机 LUN
- HA 对中的两个节点由于快速断电而发生故障
- 机箱发生故障并被更换
- 节点 1 与节点 2 在机箱中交换以进行故障排除。
- 节点 2 已启动并接管节点 1。
- 所有卷都处于
Nvfailed状态。 - Nvfail 状态已清除，但 LUN 无法联机
