问题描述

  • 在应用 Windows 更新/修补程序并重新启动双节点 Windows Server 2016 Hyper-V 群集后，由 NetApp 存储上托管的 LUN 备份的群集共享卷 (CSV) 无法联机。受影响的磁盘在 Windows 故障转移群集管理器和磁盘管理中显示为脱机。

故障转移群集管理器：
"Reserved (The disk is offline because of policy set by an administrator)"
"The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation."
 
事件日志和 PowerShell：
Node <hostname> holds the SCSI PR on <disk>, brought disk online, but failed to write file data
to partition table entry 1.
SCSI-3 reservation errors, “Disk offline due to policy,” and persistent reservation not cleared。
