ifgrp端口会在多个节点上偶尔发生上下摆动

问题描述
- 即使在更换缆线后、ifgrp的成员端口仍会在多个节点上持续启动和关闭。
- ifgrp a0a上两个节点上的两个端口均出现偶发LACP链路故障、EMS中出现以下错误：
