问题描述

Vscan显示已断开连接：

cluster::> vserver vscan connection-status show-not-connected -vserver vs1 -instance Node: node1 Vserver: vs1 Server: 10.1.1.1 Server Status: disconnected Server Disconnect Reason: - Time When Vscan Server Was Disconnected: - Server Type: primary

AVshim日志显示以下错误：

05/15/23-15:06:31.338Z [Pipe: av1.naslab.local] lastStatsSkipTime timeout. Closing pipe... 05/15/23-15:06:48.531Z [Pipe: av1.naslab.local, vs1vs][r] CreateNamedPipe failed with 53. closingQ: [0]

ONTAP和AV服务器端的Vscan配置正确。
已尝试重新启动AV服务器、但问题描述仍然存在。
CIFS服务器已关闭、此后Vscan显示已断开连接。
