问题描述

  • 当vCenter尝试通过CIFS备份到ONTAP 时、会遇到以下错误：
    •  [BackupManager::CreateTargetBackupDir:BackupManager.py:111] ERROR: Failed to create backup directory Plugin error occurred. ErrCode: 5, Args: ()
  • 现在、此故障的数据包跟踪会显示客户端尝试创建指示的目录
  • 使用NFS运行或通过SMB对Windows服务器运行时、备份作业成功
