问题描述
- 尝试使用BlueXP分类移动数据时、客户端收到以下错误：
[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmpmounts/pid_579/<filer IP>/<parent_volume>/<qtree_name>'
Make sure Data Sense has read&write permissions for the source & destination location. The action was not performed.
- 当卷采用UNIX安全模式时、没有问题
- 已按预期配置Unix-win名称映射。
- 可以手动挂载到qtree路径(能够挂载/读/写)。
