问题

  • 在 Vscan 服务器上从 Trend Micro 迁移到 Trellix 防病毒软件后,Vscan 在 ONTAP 端显示断开连接。
vserver vscan connection-status show-not-connected
ServerStatus: disconnected
ServerDisconnectReason: remote-closed
  • 来自 ONTAP 到防病毒服务器的文件扫描请求未得到处理。
  • AV Connector 版本 1.0.5 已安装在 Vscan 服务器上。Trend Micro 已卸载,Trellix 防病毒软件已安装。
  • 所有与 Vscan 相关的服务均在特权服务帐户下运行。
  • 重新启动 AV Connector 服务并在 ONTAP 上禁用/重新启用 Vscan 后,服务器短暂显示为已连接,然后恢复为断开连接状态。
  • ONTAP 始终将 Vscan 服务器报告为已断开连接,断开原因为 remote-closed。
  • Scanner-pools 已为具有特权用户的所有 vservers 重新创建。
