File share witness resource 'File Share Witness' failed to arbitrate for the file share '\\Host.xxx.xxx.xxx\xxxxx_Witness$'. Please ensure that file share '\\Host.xxx.xxx.xxx\xxxx_Witness$' exists and is accessible by the cluster.
