问题描述

  •   Cannot communicate with the scan service报告在尝试扫描共享路径时使用McAfee错误-"。
  • 在 McAfee End上安装某些最新软件包后、已开始报告此错误。

扫描错误

 

  • vscan connection-status show 未将任何vscan服务器显示为已连接。

Vserver vserver连接状态显示

  • vserver vscan show-events -vserver <>显示"scan-internal error"。

vscan vserver show事件

 

  • vscan connection-status 不会将任何vscan服务器显示为已连接，并且由于未连接任何vscan服务器，因此不会发生扫描。

Vscan连接状态

  • vscan connection-status -vserver <> -instance  显示 断开连接的原因为"inactive connection" 、而其他为"远程关闭"。

Vscan连接状态显示未连接

  • ONTAP AVrunning  Connector服务在vscan服务器上处于""状态、AV Connector中使用的用户与 vscan scanner-pool show 命令中提及的用户相同。
    • 可以通过 访问 services.msc 并检查ONTAP AV Connector服务 并检查其 running 是否处于状态来验证此情况。
