  • FPolicy when configured in ONTAP 9.14.1 or later releases may lead to high client IO latency due frequently engaged flow control.
  • EMS is raised whenever the flow control is engage:
[netapp-02: kernel: Nblade.fpolicy.flow.control:error]: FPolicy flow control is engaged as the monitored file operations rate crossed the sustainable limit[13000] for this platform.
