卷移动操作失败、EMS日志中出现错误：

The volume move operation with ID 'XXXXXX' on volume 'volA' on Vserver 'vs0' to destination aggregate 'aggr1' did not cut over because: 'Volume is not quiesced'

并且停留在"cleaning_up"阶段：
