• 收到以下陷阱通知消息

[NetApp] Unable to send autosupport. productTrapData = AutoSupport mail (HA Group Notification from node-02 (USER_TRIGGERED (ALL:XXXXXXXXXX)) NOTICE) was not sent. The system will drop the message. productSerialNum =X-XX-XXXXXX

• 根据 NOTIFYD 日志、SMTP发送失败的发生原因是由于DNS名称解析失败所致。

• 由于发送邮件的默认设置如下所示、因此只有在启用"收件人"后、才会显示丢弃消息。

• 从中 AUTOSUPPORT.XML，SMTP邮件主机名称为“mailhost”，但此名称未在DNS服务器上注册。
