问题

从 ONTAP 9.15.1 升级到 9.17.1 后，多个节点可能会报告网络端口上的重复 vifmgr.reach.err 事件。
- EMS 日志报告：
  vifmgr.reach.err: Network port a0a on node Node2 encountered errors while scanning for reachability. Reachability was detected to the following broadcast domains: -.
- VIFMGR 日志报告 exception occurred：
