存储接管或交还失败：操作已被转储操作否决

问题描述

• 在Givback期间、  由于SFO giveback veto、ONTAP会报告发生错误时暂停：

Sat Aug 19 05:27:58 -0700 [cluster-01: cf_giveback: sfo.giveback.failed:alert]: Giveback of aggregate aggr1 failed due to Giveback was vetoed..
Sat Aug 19 05:31:03 -0700 [cluster-01: cf_giveback: sfo.sendhome.subsystemAbort:alert]: The giveback operation of 'aggr1' was aborted by 'Dump/Restore'.

• 如果接管失败、则storage failover show-takeover  输出：
