某些磁盘未在硬件级别加密

只有一小部分磁盘在硬件级别使用身份验证密钥进行加密。其余磁盘未进行硬件加密。即使 storage encryption disk modify -disk <disk> -data-key-id <key_id> 成功运行，仍未显示正在加密的磁盘。
