此HA状态偶尔会出现并反复消失：
 
cluster::> storage failover show
Node      Partner     Possible State Description
-------------- -------------- -------- -------------------------------------
cluster-01   cluster-02   true   Connected to cluster-02
cluster-01   cluster-01   -     Up. Node accessible via HA-IC, but cluster access failed
