问题描述

在设置 cloud-retrieval-policy 为 promote 和 tiering-policy 为 none 之后，手动触发了分层扫描程序
期望从云层删除所有数据并将其提升回性能层
volume show-footprint 似乎已确认任何卷中的任何数据当前都不再位于云层中：

这里的假设是分层块占用的空间小于卷大小的 1%，因此 ONTAP 根本不会在 volume show-space 中报告
