新集群设置：添加本地层失败：无法为此集群提供任何建议

问题描述

重新安装集群后、System Manager会显示此错误 "No recommendatoins can be made for this cluster" 、并且不会创建数据本地层。

  1. Sysconfig报告缺少备用数据分区
  2. 显示节点的不同(先前安装)名称或不同的ID。
    ::> node run -node <node> sysconfig -r
