迁移 LIF

如果 LIF 端口出现故障或需要维护，则可能需要将此端口迁移到集群中同一节点或不同节点上的其他端口。迁移 LIF 与 LIF 故障转移类似，但 LIF 迁移是手动操作，而 LIF 故障转移则是在 LIF 当前网络端口出现链路故障时自动迁移 LIF 。
