问题1.如果配置了代理服务器、NetApp 支持站点 如何处理自动创建案例?

无论是否配置了代理服务器、  如果消息至少满足以下两个条件并发送到支持站点、则有关严重事件的自动通报功能都会自动触发支持案例:

  • 表示技术上可能非常复杂、值得NetApp支持工程师参与的情况。
  • 包含有关故障的足够准确的详细信息、以便提供自动诊断和故障排除指导。
  • 特定于现场可更换单元(Field可更换单元、FRU)故障、在该故障中、NetApp可以在目标响应目标(TRO)范围内合理地自动执行端到端更换。

问题2:自动创建支持案例时、如何通知用户?

在NetApp 支持站点 上注册并与序列号关联的用户帐户 将收到自动案例通知 电子邮件。
