当EMS定期记录diskown.ownerReservationMismatch时、磁盘分配失败

问题描述
diskown.ownerReservationMismatch错误显示在event log show输出中：
8/13/2021 13:13:13 ERROR diskown.ownerReservationMismatch: disk 0d.01.13P1 (S/N XXX) is supposed to be owned by this node but has a persistent reservation placed by node partner-node(ID <partner-sysid>).
- 尝试分配磁盘失败、并显示错误：
::> disk assign -disk 1.1.23 -data1 true -owner local-node
Error: command failed: Failed to assign disks. Reason: Cannot assign "1.1.13.P1" from this node. Try the command again on node "<partner-node>" (<partner-sysid>).- 或assign"命令"运行成功、但实际失败：
