可以删除默认卷配额策略规则、而不会产生任何影响 
 
注意： 如果要删除的规则属于当前分配给Vserver的配额策略， 必须通过使用"volume配额修改 "命令执行配额关闭和打开或调整配额大小操作来终止对卷的规则强制实施。
