ONTAP issues rlib.duplicate.ip.detected alerts for IP addresses used for HA interconnect. Example: rlib.duplicate.ip.detected: Interconnect link IP address 169.254.18.250 on this node (System ID 123456789) is also in use by another node (System ID 123456789) in the cluster.
