COTTP-327492：间歇性计数器收集失败、导致性能数据差距

问题描述

对于计划的收集、ONTAP每隔几小时间歇性地报告一次计数器收集失败情况、并显示以下错误消息：
'Failed to collect and send counters for calculated datastore "agent_1" for cloud agent instance "static". Reason: entry doesn't exist.'
用于检查这些故障的CLI命令为：
cluster::> cluster agent collection history show -fields type,state,error-details
