问题描述

All LIF operations, including create, migrate and delete, for cluster-scope LIFs will fail in an AWS instance. Some cluster-scope LIFs might not be accessible.
/mroot/etc/mlog/vifmgr.log shows below error message.
[FloatingIpMgrImpl::FloatingIpMgrImpl] Cluster UUID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
