问题描述

The customer must (1) have a device connected to the ONTAP serial console and (2) this device must unintentionally send a break condition on the serial connection at the exact time during ONTAP boot. This break condition will interrupt ONTAP's boot sequence and cause the system to wait at the boot menu for further input.
