如果系统控制器中的处理器无法正常工作、则服务处理器(SP)会发出超时错误。

[IPMI Event.critical]：NMI
[IPMI Event.critical]：L2监控超时硬重置
[陷阱Event.critical]：hwAssist L2_wdog_reset (29)
