问题描述

As part of takeover/giveback, a pre-check is done to ensure that all keys necessary to keep the volumes online are available on the destination node.
If root volume encryption is enabled on an SVM, the pre-check incorrectly assumes that the SVM root volume key is missing and returns a soft veto, blocking the takeover/giveback operation.
An example error message upon hitting this issue would look like below: Giveback of one or more SFO aggregates failed
