  • The Ransomware Autosupport is missing the title.
  • It only includes the node name, volume name, and vserver name.
 Example: [HA Group Notification from XXXXXXXX005 (SAP_XX_XXX_XX (UUID: XXXXXXXX-1111-2222-3333-XXXXXXXXXXXX) DMXXXXXXX (UUID: XXXXXXXX-4444-5555-6666-XXXXXXXXXXXX)) ALERT]
  • The EMS log shows the occurrence of [callhome.arw.activity.seen], indicating that this is an autosupport triggered by Ransomware-related activity.
  • This bug aims at improving the EMS event and autosupport title in order to make it clearer it has been triggered by the Anti-Ransomware Protection feature
