COTP-95735：无法通过NAS协议访问新创建或已初始卷

问题描述

A newly created volume is not visible or cannot be mounted from a CIFS or NFS client.
The SVM has Load-sharing mirror LSM configured for the SVM root volume.
A Windows client may get the error "Windows reports error code 0x80070043 network name cannot be found"
The event log shows the error
