问题描述

Access issues are seen when users try to access two volumes (could be more), perhaps after an ONTAP upgrade or reboot
This lasts for a brief time, perhaps 30 minutes.
Example: Two volumes have CIFS VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) slowness and have high latency, but only at login time at Monday morning.
Latency is seen running qos statistics volume latency show in the Data column for one or both volumes, or other volumes.
All volumes involved are on the same node sharing disks (same dblade).
