CONAP-157346：FabricPool对象存储即使可用也显示不可用

问题描述

当对象存储经常在不可用和可用之间切换时；由于网络问题或对象存储不可用问题、对象存储状态可能会继续显示不可用、即使它可用。这将导致客户端工作负载无法访问FabricPool分层数据、并且分层停止。以下是sktrace.log中快速连续显示的典型消息：

  • Cloud bin_ERR：object_store_aliination_cb：对象存储配置状态更改。s3_Handle=1、state=2 (可用)、osc_error=0 (成功)
  • Cloud bin_ERR：object_store_alivine_cb：对象存储配置状态更改。s3_Handle=1、state=1 (不可用)、osc_error=72 (服务不可用)
